Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about movement therapy, as you'll have support and accountability with movements. Any type of movement can be modified to fit your body's needs. We can chat through your limitations or goals to make sure the type of movement fits comfort level and lifestyle.
No gym needed and no equipment needed! There are several workouts that all you need is you. That means if you prefer to workout outside, I'll set up a plan for you. I will also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! How fast change happens depends on the time and effort you put in! I have found that consistency is key and overtime with being consistent along with healthy eating habits results in long term change.
